Skype Can Send Message Classifieds

·         ShareofWARSAW - Researchers working for the Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw, Poland to find a way to send messages hidden using encryption and conversation applications of Microsoft, Skype.
Quoted from Softpedia, Monday (07/01/2013), reports New Scientist suggests, researchers have found that Skype continuously send data even when the lag when typing the word.
In their study, the researchers discovered at least two basic types of Skype calls, data packets are 130 bits when one user speaks, and 70 bits of data packets when there is no communication between the two users.
Well, the results of this analysis, the researchers finally developed a technology called SkypeHide that allows to use using 70 bits of data packets to send encrypted messages.
SkypeHide alone can support text, voice, and video data at speeds of 1 KB per second even when the Skype call is active. Unfortunately, the system is not yet publicly available, but the results of the studies will be showcased at an event held in Montpellier, France in June.

China overtakes the USA in scientific research

In terms of scientific output, China had been closing the gap between it and the developed world for several years. Thousands of new research papers were being published each year at an accelerating rate, while millions more students were entering universities as the country became more developed. At the same time, the United States had seen a steep drop in its own scientific and technological research. In 2004, China passed the United Kingdom, becoming second in terms of academic studies. The gap finally closes in 2013, as even the USA falls behind China.*

The decade of genomic revolution following the complete determination of the human DNA sequence, has produced significant medical advances, and yet again, revealed how complicated human biology is, and how much more remains to be understood. Biology is an extraordinary complicated puzzle; we may know some of its pieces but have no clue how they are assembled to orchestrate the symphony of life, which renders the comprehension and analysis of living systems a major challenge.
Computer science can play a major role in helping solve this puzzle. Recent efforts to create executable models of complex biological phenomena - an approach we call Executable Biology - entail great promise for new scientific discoveries, shading new light on the puzzle of life. At the same time, this new wave of the future forces computer science to stretch far and beyond, and in ways never considered before, in order to deal with the enormous complexity observed in biology.

Complex human diseases, such as cancer, arise from the interaction between many different genes and the environment and are the main causes of death in Europe. In contrast to the successful identification of genes underlying rare monogenic diseases, studying the genetic basis of common complex diseases has been more challenging.

Evidence is mounting to suggest that the genetic background of the patient has a profound impact on a wide variety of complex disease in humans, but so far, the genetic mechanisms are mostly unknown. The nematode worm Caenorhabditis elegans is an important model for the identification of genes underlying complex diseases in humans. Indeed some key genetic processes in C. elegans have been implicated in human cancers and the simplicity of the C. elegans worm allows easy and detailed study of those processes.

My work at Microsoft Research Cambridge focuses on the usage of computer-based techniques originally developed for engineering computerized systems, to model and analyze the crosstalk between cancer signalling pathways during C. elegnas development. We work in a consortium with five other research groups from the UK, Netherlands and Switzerland, (EU FP7 consortium called PANACEA) and we aim to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying complex human disease, in particular cancer. In this joint effort, we analyze large experimental data set through executable modeling of cell differentiation and cell death (apoptosis), which are fundamental in cancer development. Our modeling work has already provided several new biological insights, and we hope that this line of work will further help generate a broader description of disease states, and pave the way for novel drug targets and therapies for human cancers.

This information is very important for human being life.

Windows 8 to do the following review’s Nat TechXcite a system of portable devices such as mobile phones or tablets. Believe that many of you would be familiar with many operating systems. For example, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, or BlackBerry but if you speak to an operating system that is popular.
In this latest version of Windows 8 operating system, Microsoft has changed the concept of the original is not fair to me. The original focus of the command via mouse or keyboard in Windows 8 OS, but this is a new experience to the user by touching the screen to focus on. The new version of the notebook. That comes with the operating system, Windows 8 all I get to keep up with the current market to the modern era. Many people began to use the Tablet PC iPad and the many people that are familiar to me. But the majority of the tablet PC. The emphasis on the "watch" rather than entertainment. If you are used to "work" is really too much may be incomplete. (For example, the various Office documents).
The operating system is Windows 8 operating system will meet a man who wants to use the device for entertainment. And it can function perfectly serious than other tablet operating systems now. There's a game or an application, download and play on computers as well as tablets. (Notebook models. Some models can be folded back to the keyboard. Or slide keyboard. For use as a tablet).
Next, we take a look at new features. Windows 8 operating system is different from the old version of Windows 7.But if you do that, it may seem strange to me because it is the Windows 8 operating system. Most users do not use the operating system directly. However, users can use applications on the operating system are now over. So let's look at the key features of the latest version of the operating system are very good.
The other advantages, windows 8 itself provides several broadcast news, map, tourism place around the wall on the screen directly by clicking on the symbol of those symbol that I’ve mentioned you can enjoy them.

Trace Effects
The U.S. State Department is jumping into the ed-tech world with an online game meant to help teach “American English” to kids between the ages of 12-16 in more than 30 countries. Meant to provide players with a view of American life and culture different from the typical portrayal in movies, Trace Effects officially launches today. It’s part of a bigger effort from the Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs (ECA) to revamp its website and materials to today’s technology, as well as offer an interactive tool to engage English learners abroad.
Trace Effects tells the story of Trace, an androgynous male character who returns from the future to visit the United States charged with changing the world for the better. If he’s unsuccessful, he won’t be able to return to his own time. Throughout the course of the game, Trace travels the U.S. to sites like New Orleans and the Grand Canyon, learning about the unique cultures, interacting with local people and completing missions. The missions are related to key themes woven throughout the game that include entrepreneurship, community activism, empowering women, science and innovation, environmental conservation, and conflict resolution. It was determined that, this card is inserted cigarette 20 minutes after the nicotine in cigarettes, tar can be greatly reduced, if there insertion time increases, the nicotine to, tar and other harmful substances content continued to decline, very little left, after the aroma of cigarettes less harmful than full, original flavor remains unchanged, less irritating, pungent sense of barbed hose away, to protect the health of smokers and the surrounding crowd.

It technically doesn't start for another day, but CES is in full swing in Las Vegas. As part of the fun, Acer is bringing us the thinnest Ultra book yet: The Aspire S5. This 13.3" class laptop measures just 15 mm at its thickest point and weighs in at under 3 lbs. Specs get thin from there, the Intel Core processor, SSD and sealed battery are a given; what we don't know is the size of the battery nor the price or release date, though Q2 2012 is promised. What draws our eye more than the thinness lies beneath what's being called a "Magic Flip I/O" port panel. In an homage to the original Mac Book Air, Accer is including a concealed panel for connectivity beneath the display hinge. Where the original MBA, though, made do with a single USB port, the Aspire S5 features HDMI, USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt, a first for a non-Apple laptop. Rated at 20 Gabs, the Thunderbolt port could be driven by Intel's Eagle Ridge chip, or it could be a newer ridge part we'd been waiting to encounter. We'll be sure to report in when we get our hands on one.
